Did you know that tanzanite is the bluish purple variety of zoisite, and the mineral zoisite comes in green and other colors? All are rare, and all are beautiful. This gemstone is classified officially as a "green zoisite", but it really is a teal color (greenish blue). It's rare and is found in the same mines as the Tanzanite you're familiar with, but even rarer.
To showcase this rare gem, we designed a setting in solid 18K white gold, with a halo of large, colorless, diamonds. We added a satin-finished the band for that extra designer's touch that really takes this already sparkly gemstone to the next level.
