Shipping Information: Most inventory jewelry items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment. These are rings and pendants that are already set into settings. If you want to 'design your own' ring or pendant, please allow several additional business days. Special orders which require us to make a setting just for you may take 14 business days to complete and ship. We will notify you with the anticipated shipping date upon your order. We will get it to you as fast as possible. Standard shipping is always free. Contact us if you would like expedited shipping for a price quote.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Our goal is 100% satisfaction with your purchase.
