Product Description
When Tanzanite comes out of the earth it's a greenish purple color. In order to get the familiar deep bluish/purple color the mineral is exposed to very high heat. The country of Tanzania, the only place on earth where it’s mined, controls the heating and cutting of all Tanzanites. Very rarely some Tanzanites are exported in their natural blue/green/lilac color.
This Tanzanite is a greenish blue color with red, blue, and purple flash. We designed a setting of solid rose gold with a diamond halo and two rows of diamonds on the band.

Zoisite (the scientific name for Tanzanite) is often called a “Single Generation Gemstone”. Most gemologists agree that this gemstone will be extinct in approximately 24 months. It is found in only one spot on earth, Tanzania Africa, and they are on their last mine. No other sources for this beautiful gemstone have been found, making it a solid investment.
